Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship all Australian domestic orders via Sendle with tracking provided.

Shipping Times: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery within Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your building reception. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For lost or damaged parcels, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Refusal or Return to Sender: If you refuse delivery or the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees.


International Shipping (Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, New Zealand)

We ship international orders via Sendle with tracking provided.

Shipping Times: International delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 7-21 business days for international delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees that may be charged by your country's customs authority upon delivery.
